Calamansi is a Filipino lime that we have harvested locally and made into an incredible citrus vinaigrette! It has a tangy citrus flavor made by chef Adam Gilbert. The company is focused on giving a percentage of sales back to the local homeless population to help build a stronger community.

Each product uses Olive oil, wine vinegar, and fresh, local ingredients! 12 oz. Glass jars. shake well and refrigerate after opening.
