Gochujang is a Korean red chili paste that is a savory, sweet, spicy fermented condiment that we have produced into an incredible vinaigrette! It has a spicy, fermented, and completely balanced flavor, made by chef Adam Gilbert. The company is focused on giving a percentage of sales back to the local homeless population to help build a stronger community.
All products are made with Olive oil, wine vinegar, and local ingredients when possible! 12 oz. glass bottle. Shake well and refrigerate after opening!
